CES 2024 Exhibition: Check out the impressive booths

CES is owned and organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). This year’s event will take place from January 9-12, 2024 and will feature more than 4,000 exhibitors, including a record 1,400+ startups, with the show taking place primarily at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). The exhibition area will be more than 2.3 million square meters – 15% larger than CES 2023.
The annual CES is not only a place to showcase new and unique technology devices, but also represents the rising technology trends around the world. This year marks the 56th CES exhibition. Let’s take a look at the impressive booths with Next Level.
Taking the theme ‘Pinterest: A New Era’, visitors to Pinterest’s booth will experience how the brand is transforming its platform into shopping technology. Pinterest features an online store of all the trends from Pinterest sellers, so users can scan the QR code and shop right on Pinterest.
Since the target audience is mainly GenZ, Pinterest’s booth has many activities from a bar, manicure, creating custom bags to your liking…
Google at CES 2024
Google is again using AI to its Android booth at CES 2024. Visitors can scan a QR code to access an augmented reality experience with The Bot, a ‘guide’. Many people are also excited to try out Magic Editor, an experimental edit on Google Photos that simplifies complex photo editing tasks. A beautiful photo booth is also set up at the event so visitors can take beautiful photos.
Magic Compose in Google Messages is a beta feature powered by synthetic AI that provides suggested responses based on the context of your message. You can also type what you want to say and choose from a variety of styles like “lyrical” or “Shakespeare” to transform your message. At giant green mailboxes, attendees can compose a message, print it out like a real postcard, and send it.
Mobileye
Autonomous driving company Mobileye’s 7,000-square-meter booth featured angular LED screens and a “ribbon” of structures illuminated by 22 projectors to simulate the feeling of being in an autonomous vehicle. Two brand-new models from VW and Polestar were also on display.
During CES 2024, two separate press conferences were live-streamed to the booth from a custom-built 6,000-square-meter room with a 40-meter-long LED wall. More than 40,000 attendees visited the booth.
LG
This year, LG introduced OLED T, a transparent version of its OLED display, with a new display wall that greeted visitors.
The LG exhibition was strategically divided into four zones – home, commerce, mobility and sustainability – to highlight the company’s innovations across different aspects of everyday life.
With perimeter walls measuring nearly 4.6m high, the enclosed space shielded attendees from distractions while amplifying the brand’s story through elements such as a 12.2m LED tunnel, a rotating car display and a moving OLED display at the entrance.
SK Wonderland
At CES 2024, Seoul-based SK Group unveiled a theme park-inspired display of artificial intelligence and carbon-reduction technology called “SK Wonderland.”
Highlights include a magic carpet ride on a flying vehicle equipped with an AI processor to help it navigate crowded urban areas, an AI fortuneteller powered by next-generation memory technologies designed to help computers analyze and learn from vast amounts of data to predict the future, and a rainbow-colored tube showing how waste like plastic is turned into fuel.
Attendees can also ride the “Clean Energy Train,” which runs on hydrogen and has water as its only emission. In addition to SK Wonderland, a separate “SK ICT Family Lab” exhibit showcases AI technologies ranging from a location analytics platform to a pet diagnostic assistant. Both booths are located in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s Central Hall.
Walmart Makes First Appearance at CES 2024
2024 marks Walmart’s first appearance at CES—where Walmart CEO Doug McMillon also serves as a keynote speaker.
Walmart’s large-scale activation, organized by LEO Events, was set up outside the Las Vegas Convention Center on Central Plaza. The tent-like structure spanned two floors and was an immersive experience designed to mirror the experience at one of the company’s distribution centers. At the end of the experience, visitors had the option to take a 4D tour, following the story of the strawberry supply chain.
